Our very own Sophie and Woody are taking on a Superhero Triathlon

The Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) is holding a Superhero Triathlon in Windsor on 16 August, and two of our own superheroes have stepped up for the challenge!

Sophie first came to Park Lane as a participant, became a volunteer, and is now a member of staff. She and Woody will be joined by equestrian influencer (and pony mad) Esme Higgs. Together they’ll be swimming, cycling and running to help raise funds for the RDA.
