As a charity, we are not for profit, which means that all income generated supports our running costs and the services we provide. The more funds we raise, the more vulnerable people we can help. It’s that simple.

Each session (which may include riding, horse care, therapy or carriage driving) responds directly to the needs of individual participants. We ran 6,065 session in 2022-2023, up a staggering 57% on the previous year. There is a long waiting list of people we’d love to help.

£20 helps us run one of our regular RDA sessions

£12 buys a week’s supply of carrots

£80 buys new shoes from the farrier (every 6 weeks)

£50 buys 1 bale of hay to feed the horses

£250 covers a month’s routine vet visits for our horses

£135 covers a month’s routine dentistry for our horses
