Only Heroes and Horses is galloping towards a bookshop near you!

Only Heroes and Horses, the story of Park Lane Stables, publishes on 26 May and we’re getting very excited!

Find out how Natalie ‘an ordinary girl from Birmingham’ ended up running one of London’s few urban stables, about her tenacity in ensuring its survival, and about the biggest challenge of all in 2021 – raise £1million or face eviction. And read the inside story of that campaign as it unfolded and meet some of the many, many heroes who helped make it happen.

Natalie is going to be even busier than usual, with interviews, events and book signings.

  • BBC Breakfast: tune in on 26 May when Natalie will be live in the studio

  • Book launch event at the Park Hotel Teddington on 26 May, organised by Teddington Nub. Racing TV’s Nick Luck will be hosting and interviewing Natalie

  • Event at The Kew Bookshop (aka Hewson Books) in Kew, on Saturday 28 May between midday and 2pm. Meet Natalie and a pony who are doing signings (and hoofprints?).

  • Event at Parade’s End Books in Ham, Sunday 29 May between 2:30pm and 3:30pm

  • Interview on BBC Radio 2 Good Morning Sunday at 7.45am on Sunday 5 June

  • BBC Radio 5 Live with Naga Munchetty on Monday 30th May at 12.30
