Natalie is shortlisted for The Times and Sunday Times Grassroots Sportswoman of the year

This category recognises women who have actively engaged with people in their community through sport, with nominees identified by their communities and the winner decided by public vote. The shortlist sees Natalie alongside three other amazing women, all of whom have given so much back – their stories are truly uplifting.

Natalie says: “I do feel like this is for all women running Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) groups and The Pony Club centres. We all do it because we adore horses and want others to experience the magic.

I am still the little girl who fell in love with a pony called Noddy, and love them all far too much. This really is a pinch myself day to see my name on the same page as so many other amazing women who I admire so much.”

If you would like to see Natalie lift this award as much as we would, do cast your vote on The Times website.
