Natalie has helped me a great deal with my horse Luna, who is now on working livery at Park Lane.
I had real difficulties at my old yard with schooling her and at the beginning of the summer could not even catch her and lead her to the yard or lunge her. She had become very dominant and threatening. After several nasty falls I had lost my confidence with Luna completely and contacted Natalie for advice.
Since moving Luna to Park Lane and Slough Farm (Natalie even brought the horsebox to transport her!), Natalie has helped me regain my confidence. She has done a lot of work with Luna from schooling her several times a day to hacking out. After only a month, I was happy to go out hacking again and canter around Bushy Park!
A big thank you to Natalie and Antonia (and everyone else at PL!) for helping me to restore my confidence and start enjoying my horse again!
I am so grateful for all your advice and support

When I discovered Park lane stables, I knew I had found the stables for me! I had ridden at other stables, but often found a lack of "friendliness". For Natalie and her team, nothing is too much and the horses are loved and cared for by all. Hacking out in Bushy Park is also amazing, with pub & river rides - who could ask for more!
I would highly recommend Park Lane Stables to anyone who has a love of horses & riding.

Dear Natalie and team,
THANK YOU SO MUCH for such a wonderful party for Farrah.
I was impressed with the content of the day, you have thought of every detail to ensure the children had an enjoyable party. All of the staff were friendly and reassuring to the children. Especially to those who had never experienced being so close to ponies and horses. The games and songs were a lovely touch, and to top everything off the use of the quirky party room a real gem.
I would not hesitate in recommending your stables to anybody thinking of having a pony party or riding lessons. Once again thank you to you all, you have made my little girl have a very memorable birthday.
Best wishes
Julie
Dear Natalie ( and gang!!!)
Just wanted to contact you say thank you for being so fantastic at my daughter s birthday party. All the children had the most brilliant time , I dont think I ve ever seen so many smiles on little faces! The staff were so patient and helpful. They were enthusiastic and made the children feel so at ease on the horses. Natalie was fantastic , and the children were thrilled to have actually trotted on their horses. The whole party was a great success from start to finish and the children did not stop talking about it for days afterwards. Thank you all for making it so easy and manageable , and for making the children feel so comfortable and at ease.
I will certainly be recommending Park lane Stables to anyone who is looking for a well organised and exciting birthday party.
Regards

Having ridden when I was much younger, it had always been my dream to learn to ride again. Park Lane Stables visited my daughter’s fete and the instructors were so friendly it prompted me to start riding lessons. I have been learning to ride for about 8 weeks and all the instructors have helped me to make my dream come true. The Park Lane Stables really is the friendliest place to ride and all lessons take place in the idyllic setting of Bushy Park. Everyone is patient and allows you to take things at your speed, which is idea for more mature learners!! I cannot recommend these stables highly enough – the horses are fantastic, especially Winston, and the staff are fabulous. You’ll be missing out if you don’t give it a try.

My name is Peter Crabb, on reaching my 70th birthday last year, in common with many others at that age, I felt that I would like to try something new. I then saw a series of three TV programmes by the actor Martin Clunes, about horses and that was it, the seed was sown. I found that there was a stable within 20 minutes walk from my home, so I looked up Park Lane Stables on the internet and found they were offering a trial half hour lesson for £15. After checking that they were willing to take a “little old man of 70” I booked the trial and as soon as I got on the horse it felt amazing. I have been having lessons for about a year now, not as often as I would like due to the cost, I have only recently, more or less, mastered the rising trot so you can see I’m not a fast learner, but who cares, I thoroughly enjoy being on the horse and the lessons take place in beautiful Bushey Park near Hampton Court Palace, so I am as happy as larry just riding at the walk in the park until Amey ( my instructor ) insists that I have to do rising trot, which is fine, but I have to concentrate to do that and I can’t gaze around or chat to Amey. I will never be good at riding, but again who cares, I enjoy it and that’s the main thing and of course it is, believe it or not, exercise, after my hour I am exhausted. Of course mounting and dismounting are a bit of a struggle ‘cos the “bendiness” in the old legs aint what it used to be. Oh don’t forget the essentials for horse riding, one of the following, a carrot, an apple or Polo mints. Have fun !!
