If it's your first time at Park Lane Stables you will need to fill in a BHS New Rider Registration Form.
The form can be downloaded by clicking on the button below. Simply print, fill in your details, sign and then bring it with you when you come for your first lesson.
If you can't print the form from home, please ensure you arrive 15 minutes early for your lesson, to allow extra time to fill in the form at the yard.
